Dr Carolyn M. Ryde
Trustee, Chair
Dr. Carolyn M. Ryde holds a BSc in Biological Sciences and Education from Surrey University and a PhD in Immunology from Imperial College. She previously held research positions in dermatology and endocrinology at prestigious institutions like St. Mary’s Hospital and The Royal Marsden Hospital, contributing to early studies on breast cancer treatments. After transitioning from scientific research, Dr. Ryde pursued a rewarding career in education, holding leadership roles in high schools and teaching at various levels. She is currently Head of Courses at Seminar Bnos Devorah and a passionate advocate for student wellbeing. She is also a proud mother of seven and grandmother of eight.
Mr Richard S. Lewis

Mr. Richard S. Lewis has held leadership positions across numerous charitable organizations, bringing a wealth of expertise in nonprofit management and strategic development. With decades of experience in guiding and supporting charitable initiatives, he has played a pivotal role in driving positive change within the communities he has served. His extensive knowledge of the sector, combined with his deep commitment to helping others, makes him an invaluable asset to our leadership team. Mr. Lewis’s insights, vision, and dedication help to shape and propel our mission, ensuring we provide the highest level of support to those in need.
Mrs Rebbecca Rumpler, OBE

Mrs. Rebecca Rumpler, OBE, was recognized in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for her outstanding service and advocacy for the special needs community. As an experienced psychotherapist, she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate care and support to those facing significant challenges. Her lifelong commitment to activism and advocacy has made a lasting impact on countless individuals and families. Now serving as a trustee on our board, Mrs. Rumpler brings her passion, expertise, and unwavering dedication to advancing our mission and ensuring we continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.
Mrs Noemie Spitzer
Administrator
Mrs. Noemie Spitzer is the driving force behind the establishment of our organization. After encountering the urgent need for these services while working with other local charities, she witnessed firsthand the struggles of those facing infertility, and related challenges. She is passionate about rehabilitating abuse victims. Her deep commitment to addressing these issues led her to create a space where individuals and families could find the support and care they desperately need.
